Generate PDF
One of my users has requested the ability to generate a PDF from a page (like some wikis support). I would also like the ability to view a page with out any menus, which I think would be part of this change.

Checked code into my branch that adds button for printer friendly page and button for pdf generation. My buttons are ugly. You must have htmldoc installed to generate pdf files.

It looks like calling the external htmldoc tool is the easiest way to get this feature. The htmldoc gem, PDF::HTMLDoc, provides an interface to this tool.
