LibTPT Version 1.31 released

LibTPT 1.31 has been released. This is a maintenance release just to keep LibTPT compiling.
- Drop support for MSVC6 (does anyone still use that?)
- Fix compilation under GCC 4.3 under 64-bit Linux.
Development Suspended

All development on LibTPT is currently suspended due to my current employer’s feeling that my open source work represents a conflict of interest. I cannot make any predictions of when or if development will continue. I will continue to make the existing project files available.

Release 1.30
