LibTPT Version 1.31 released

Posted Jun 28, 2009 by Isaac Foraker

LibTPT 1.31 has been released. This is a maintenance release just to keep LibTPT compiling.

  • Drop support for MSVC6 (does anyone still use that?)
  • Fix compilation under GCC 4.3 under 64-bit Linux.

Did I forget to mention that libtpt is being used to build the back-office portion of the Positive Train Control system that will be responsible for ensuring rail safety in North America (compliant with a mandate from Congress)?

Is it impressive enough? ;-)

(Now you can claim that libtpt is mandated by Congress--sort of.)

Clo++ is not really maintained any more. I’ll have to bug the creator and ask him if he has a copy of the source lying around.
